1. Wagner / Wagner Butte Trail

Directions: From Ashland, Follow US-99 north out of town for 5 miles to Rapp Rd in Talent. Take the left turn at the stoplight and continue west. Rapp Rd will turn into Wagner Creek Rd, stay on this route for approximately 12 miles to Wagner AS (at mile 9 you will cross a cattle guard and enter to a T in the road, stay left and follow for another 3 miles).
2. Bald Mtn Rd / Bald Mountain

Directions: From Wagner AS, retrace the route 3 miles back down to the T and cattle guard. Turn right over the cattle guard and continue 2 miles to Bald Mtn AS.
3. Sterling Mine / Sterling Mine Ditch Trailhead

Directions: From Bald Mtn AS, retrace route back up to Wagner Gap, cross cattle guard at 2 miles and turn right onto Brick Pile Road. Follow along on (NF 2040) 1.4 miles and stay right on NF 2050, after 2.3 stay left back onto Brick Pile Road. After 2.3 miles turn right onto Little Applegate Rd and stay on route for 11 miles into the small community of Buncom. Turn right in town onto Sterling Creek Rd, follow for 2.1 miles and take another right onto BLM 39-2-8. 1 mile to AS.
4. Bear Gulch Trailhead

Directions: Return 1 mile back to Sterling Creek Rd, turn left and retrace route to Buncom. Turn left on Little Applegate Rd for 8 miles to Bear Gulch AS.
5. Wrangle / Wrangle Gap
GPS: 42.05033, -122.85607 ⤴
Directions: Follow runners course from Bear Gulch on Little Applegate Rd 3 miles to intersection of Brick Pile Rd and Glade Creek Rd (the roads change name at the intersection. Turn right and follow 6.9 miles south and climb to AS at campground.
6. Finish - Mt. Ashland Lodge / Mt. Ashland Ski Area

Directions: Retrace your route back down Glade Creek 6.9 miles to the intersection of Brick Pile Rd and Little Applegate Rd, turn left and follow 17 miles to the town of Ruch on Little Applegate Rd. One in Ruch, turn right on HWY 238 to and follow to the town of Jacksonville, from there use assisted navigation to Mount Ashland Lodge.
ALT Route: From the intersection of Brick Pile Rd and Little Applegate Rd on Glade Creek, stay right on Brick Pile and follow for 2.3 miles, stay right onto NF 2050, after another 2.3 miles turn left back onto BPR, continue 1.4 miles to Wagner Gap. Turn left and cross cattle guard, follow 12 miles into the town of Talent. Use assisted navigation to Mount Ashland Lodge.
