We’ve teamed up with Trails and Tarmac to offer SOB runners the best way to prepare for your run across the Siskiyous this July.
Trails and Tarmac is the premiere coaching service for long distance runners in Southern Oregon with the company’s origins and operations right here in Ashland. T&T coaches have raced and volunteered at SOB trail runs for the past ten years and understand these races as well as anybody.
Trails and Tarmac is a full service coaching business employing only fully custom plans and highly communicative coach/athlete relationships.
Trails and Tarmac would like to offer SOB participants a special coaching offer for 50k, 50m, and 100k runners. For anyone signed up for these SOB races in 2022 T&T will take $60 off per month for your first four months of coaching (new athletes only). Just let them know you are signed up and the discount will apply. The normal T&T coaching price is $235 per month (with only month to month commitment required).
T&T has created a slimmed down coaching program for 15k runners only. This program provides fully custom training plans and weekly rather than 3-5 times per week feedback from your coach. T&T will offer this program for $125 per month for up to 6 months.
